This historic home, located in the North Hyde Park neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri, was another passion project for us!

This home had been ruined by an aweful 1990s renovation, and we did everything we could to bring back as much character and style as this home so rightfully deserved.

This is a 2-unit property, and the owners allowed us to take creative control over everything in the upstairs unit. From the renovation to the furnishings, we did it all!
