The fireplace surround and hiding wires in the walls were the big projects in this living room. The fireplace was causing the television to feel dangerously hot. The surround was designed to mimic the height and material (Caesarstone) of the open plan kitchen counters.

Excess laundry made it's way into a more efficiently designed laundry closet, and family photos came out of drawers to adorn the walls of this writing nook.

The loft serves as an office and a room for overnight guests. An Ikea unit helped resolve a significant portion of the clutter.

Having efficient closets removes an extraordinary amount of clutter. The bedroom underwent 3 closet improvements, and a cooler coat of white paint was applied to the whole room to give it a more modern feel.

It's fun to buy new home accessories but it can take a while to get around to placing them in their intended location. Hire a designer to take such tasks off of your hands.
