Lower Manhattan staging

Staging ... it can be tricky. Bold yet neutral. Simple sight lines. Using existing furniture. Limited budgets. Here's a staging I recently did. I had to work with the pre-existing large furniture items (couch, occasional chair, dining table/chairs, bed/headboard and night stands). This apartment is right on the Hudson, so I looked for literal and figurative sunset/seascape artwork. The rug also has a watercolor feeling to it. I wanted to accentuate the selling factor the views provided. The bathroom is all about my contractor, J. Christopher Interiors: they re-polished the stone. I had already purchased a new shower curtain and towels for the space and had to revisit that task because the clarity of the colors in the stone, post-polishing, were so different. The bathroom looks brand new.
