The remodel of this Normal Heights home on a steep hillside involved a complete new exterior design look that was more contemporary than the existing. A monochromatic white/gray/black color scheme was desired by the client. The living room and dining room were opened up more with the removal of a partition and given more expansive views to the canyon with new larger corner windows.
