Small kitchen and no master bath, clients needed more space for growing family. In effort to reduce costs, the roof design was required to save the exiting roof and build over it. The design took 3 different roof plans before deciding on this one which looked the best from both the back and front yards, and could be built with just building over the exiting roof, saving on engineering and time to do the work.
