Design and build family room and master bathroom. 2 bed 1 bath house needed 2nd bath and more space to entertain. Removed un-permitted patio room from early 50s adding back porch to interior space. Plans created involved building over existing roof to save on re-engineering the whole house. Title 24 efficient, 5/8" drywall throughout, R-19 walls, client's very happy with low sound transmission through walls - makes house feel bigger.
