Attic storage space - also has room for the furnace - access through the 22 x 30 attic access opening - gets lighting later. Designed into the trusses for this function.

Hack off one half or roof truss, add beams and concrete, build up the 2nd floor. Repair the 1st story trusses existing in the garage. Preserve the garage space. Redevelop 1st floor garage studio apartment into the bottom floor of the apartment with kitchen, bath and stairwell.

Custom cabinets and tile layout designed for hard use and easy maintenance - electric appliances, semigloss painted surfaces allows for easier cleanup.
