Client wanted to turn tract home into a Craftsman style home inside and out. Small living room needed more room. Grabbed space from front and back porches, added space in back for outdoor room, and added space for new front porch. Design used building over the existing roof to minimize engineering. Insulated, new siding and stone work, custom corbels from our shop, Trex decking, custom vents and columns. New roof.
