This project was a complete renovation from top to bottom. When we first met the clients they told us that they wanted to entertain for 6 months of the year inside, and 6 months of the year outside. So we set out to create an fantastic open concept entertaining space. We tore off the roof and completely gutted the inside of the house. We opened up the whole main floor, creating a large great-room which includes the kitchen, dining and living room. We added a gorgeous master suite and powder room as well. The lower floor got a complete update, new laundry room, bathroom, bedrooms, and rec room.

Outside we updated the exterior of the house with all new stucco and paint, new windows and doors, new lawn and landscaping and a fantastic outdoor living space in the back yard. An all new Trex deck with cedar accents and glass railings, make for a great place to entertain during the nicer months.
