This extensive addition & renovation project consisted of expanding the kitchen and dining room areas out the rear of the home, expanding the great room to the right side of the home, and adding a covered front porch, rear covered deck and paver patio. Additionally on the first floor level, the existing garage and mudroom entry area were removed to allow these to be rebuilt at more desirable and usable sizes.

The second floor addition & renovation consisted of creating a new master suite with space above the expanded kitchen and dining room areas and utilizing the space of 2 existing bedrooms and a bathroom. A new hall bath and bedroom were added. Above the new garage and mudroom areas, loft and laundry room space were added along with unfinished expandable space for future use.

Overall, the renovation transformed the existing residence into a beautiful new design with strong traditional character.
