This particular project showcases the transformation of a typical daylight ranch home into a custom two story design located in Manor Township, Lancaster County, PA. In order to enhance the front elevation, the old trusses were removed and a new roof system was design with steeper gable lines and accents. The new roof system and rear dormer provided a spacious master bedroom suite and loft area on the added second floor. Interior first floor renovations created a new laundry room, as well as an open great room & eating area connected to the new kitchen addition. Both the kitchen & screened-in porch additions are perfectly located to capture the extensive views across the rear of their elevated property.
