It was time. The owner of this 1985 condo was ready to breathe new life into his investment property of 34 years (and his first home). Located near Alpharetta's upscale new developments, he hoped to attract a top tier tenant at a top tier rental rate. Someone who appreciates a mature spacious community but wants fresh, new and modern. AND, THAT IS WHAT WE DID!

I completed the design and complete renovation ahead of schedule and on budget, looking awesome, and using high quality, lower maintenance products. I resisted "flipping quality" products which cost a bit less up front but fail quickly. Since we were tracking slightly under budget, we added a few minor improvements to end at budget. All but the walls and the trim was replaced. Popcorn ceilings were scraped. Dropped ceilings were raised. It was a FULL MAKEOVER!

Then serving as my client's Realtor, I marketed and leased this fresh "new' modern condo within a week to awesome, qualified tenants, at the goal rental rate, for a 2 year term! We are all very happy with the outcome, and the community's value is raised one condo reno at a time!
