Loving their home but in need of style and functional updates, my clients asked me to help them plan, design, and coordinate their (nearly) complete architectural & interior transformation, through vendor and contractor selection and construction. Every family member got what they really wanted in this project! A small covered deck was expanded, adding a large masonry fireplace and covered stairs to the lower level, creating a beautiful focal point inside & out and well lived in outdoor room for him...and everyone else! An envious new luxury kitchen with bells & whistles, now open to the family room with a custom built large island; A private office; Teen approved private baths and improved owner suite; Main and lower level guest worthy entertaining & family areas. Creatively reconfigured space improved layouts and added the square footage needed to meet new needs. Some areas & building products were preserved to prioritize spending, and a talented and organized client helped as well! In the end, it's their new custom home!
