This project included the main living room, dining room, entry/mudroom/laundry area and kitchen. All the floors were replaced with luxury vinyl plank, perfect for the lake setting. New paint color added a light and warm backdrop for all the furnishing and cabinetry. We reworked the layout to provide more storage and more workspace. The cabinets are white shaker style with black hardware, white subway tile backsplash with gray grout, large fire clay farm sink, quartz countertops, new stainless appliances, soft cafe curtains completes the space. Her McKenzie Childs Collection pops against the white backdrop! New furnishing and accessories in the living room highlight the cobblestone fireplace and define the space providing plenty of seating with a view of the lake, girokace and television. In the dining room, family heirloom furniture combined with flow blue china honors the past and adds charm and character.
