My client wanted to add storage, style and function to this double duty space that serves as a bathroom and a laundry room. We chose a beautiful encaustic tile for the floor that transitions beautifully from a hardwood floor in the adjoining
space. The sink we found is a winner, great for utility and everyday use. The cabinets add plenty of storage. We also changed the door swing on
this room, which really helped the flow and openess of the space. On the walls, we used a combo of shiplap and subway tile, which add interest and durability. The finishing touches add warmth and personality to this hardworking space!
