My client was downsizing and needed help editing their belongings, choosing what to keep and where to use it, along with all the interior and exterior selections for the new build. We inventoried their existing home and selected what we would keep. They especially wanted guidance on meaningful art and rugs that they wanted to incorporate. We were able to use much of what they had, and added in some new pieces to create a home they love.
This custom built home features upgraded finishes throughout, including an open concept split plan on the main level with master en-suite, kitchen with white shaker style cabinetry, a large island, a walk in pantry, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, dining room with access to deck, living room with built ins and gas fireplace, transom windows with motorized shades. On the lower level, a fully finished walkout basement including exercise room, cedar closet, wine room, wet bar, seating area, 2 bedrooms and a bath. Interior design is a modern, eclectic style featuring many hand knotted rugs and meaningful accents that were part of the homeowners personal collection.
