We totally redsigned & rebuilt the font yard to include a secondary walkway to easily access to the back yard, brought up the grade closer to the house to ensure positve drainage, built a super solid retaining wall with mortared cap beside a mature tree (roots galore) with drain pipe behind, plus added tasteful landsxape lighting, and native plants. This well-built landscape will last for years and provide the homeowners with a source of pride every time they come home.
