The clients had several challenges in the design as they had certain additions they wanted without decreasing the size of any existing spaces. They wanted a more private Master Suite area since the existing entrance to the Master bedroom was directly off of the Kitchen breakfast table. Another challenge was reworking all of the existing spaces without moving a return air chase which was located in the center of the construction area. Also, there were many windows and doors in the existing design which needed to remain as not to affect the exterior of the home.
We also remodeled the laundry room and hallway.
