We added a sunroom at an ongoing existing house. We demoed an existing screen porch, which actually had that brick fireplace already, then we built a whole new sunroom. The room is kind of interesting because it's actually off center with the fireplace The interior vaulted ceiling lines up with the eyebrow-height transom window, and the roof is actually different than the interior because we had some issues with water and how the water would be shut off the roof in relation to the chimney. You’ll notice that the transom windows open while the large windows do not. They love the motorized screens so they can push a button for the screens to go up and down.
