French Colonial Patio Kitchen

The owners had a major water problem from the second floor roof down to the existing patio, which
had brick floors. They were constantly sucking up the moisture from water from the roof, so half their patio was always discolored which is annoying because she cannot clean discoloration. The patio was power washed repeatedly, but this failed to remove discoloration. One of the main issues was how to build a new roof over the existing roof? We doubled the size of the patio porch, as they wanted to add a cooking & entertaining area. They wanted a fresh look for that tile floor, but something with texture & grit to it so it's not slippery, a slightly rough surface. The grill area is brick with stainless steel doors. We added lighting & two ceiling fans. The sink & built-in Grill natural gas allow for outdoor entertaining
with plenty of room for their large extended family. The patio took pressure off the kitchen and made it easier for entertaining during holidays & vacations.
