This Project represents the last of three Phases of renovation that have occurred over the past five years. The second floor Master Suite is renovated with a masculine-styled bath and bedroom. The Bedroom is complete with new fireplace and smoking balcony overlooking the rear yard. The outdated picket and dark stained railing system is removed and replaced with a clear-glass railing system. Renovation includes Guest Bedrooms & Bath.
