Terrace Level is built out to accomodate family & guests and to provide a place to watch TV and play. The Billiards Room opens up to the pool deck and makes a way for family & guests to come in and enjoy the lower level which has a full-functioning kitchen. Brick accents were used to tie the Bar apron and TV feature wall together. The deep chocolate- colored coffered beams help to define the Family Room below, and accentuate the generous height of the ceiling.
