Amenities available include a full service concierge, a fully-equipped fitness center, cafe, and lounge spaces, enclosed parking, walking and biking paths and a fountain enhanced plaza. The project, which makes use of green roofs and rainwater collection systems, was lauded by the town’s mayor as “one of the greenest buildings in Princeton” and “a benchmark for all future developments.”
