The existing Cottage was just too small for a growing family with a young child. The project more than doubled the size of the Cottage, providing a new Entry, first floor Master Suite, and a second floor child's bedroom. The exterior siding matches the existing board and batten siding on the first floor elements with clapboard siding on the two story structure.
