The owners of this property started with a failing wooden retaining wall and an outdated concrete patio. The homeowners craved a new outdoor family space that would cure their perpetual cabin fever. The current area was uninspiring and just not functional. Our team had their work cut out for them, but they started at the top, and worked their way down.

The project began with the renovation of the upper patio located outside the owner’s workshop, followed by the transformation of the old patio outside the lower level family room. We then finished by installing a fire pit and landscape lighting. On this project, we used Belgard’s durable Wellington wall stone, Granika steps, and Lafitt pavers in a mixed color combination of Ashbury Haze and Danville Beige. We are currently working on the final phase…the plantings! We are excited to continue working with the owners and completing their landscape renovation in 2017.
