Here you see the hidden dishwasher doors, or rather you don't see them. Instead of stacking them one on tops of the other, we've put a cabinet drawer below each so there is less bending to fill the dishwasher and it is a water savings when you only need to use one drawer.

I thin long window was inserted above the countertop and under the upper cabinets to let more light into the kitchen but also bring the outdoors into the kitchen.

The high bar is the perfect place to have breakfast and catch the morning news. We created a space for a small television in the kitchen using a area of the walk in pantry that was not terribly accesible anyway.
