Crystal Bend Remodel

Our client first approached us with a a full house remodel and they were unaware of the cost of such changes. We sat down and diligently reviewed their budget and found the best contractor to suit their needs. They cut down on a lot of costs and chose to DIY items such as demolition, baseboards, etc... Two things were clear, they needed a more functional kitchen and they needed a master closet. We were able to gain wasted space in the adjoining room of the kitchen which allowed for more space to cook in. We also changed the height of the cabinets to one level, which gave them space for diners to sit and chat while they entertain. Moving on to the master suite, the large bathroom was largely underutilized; we redesigned the entire space, which allowed for their dream walk in closet vs the old sliding door, reach in they had previously. The Mrs. is a huge bath taker, so we spent extra time sourcing the perfect free standing tub for her to relax in and positioned right near the window, so she can gaze out at her leisure. The new layout also allowed for a much larger walk in shower. Shower and tub niches were carefully placed so they had storage for all of their daily products. Within their budget we also remodeled the guest bathroom, replaced flooring throughout their home and painted the entire home. A bit of extra work on their end gave them the home of their dreams within their budget!
