Meandering Way

This client approached us with a small budget with a long laundry list of remodeling and task list items throughout the home. We not only worked our design magic here, but we sat down and helped them prioritize and allocate funds for the most important areas of their home. Though we had to dial back the scope of work for Phase 1 the end result is unimaginable and our clients are beyond happy with their new space. They decided the most important room to them was the master bath, so naturally a lot of our budget went to a full gut. We gave them a larger shower, a free standing tub, better lighting and new cabinetry; which were all must haves. The did not spare a penny and went all out with cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, hexagon shower tile, luxury plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures. Moving on to the kitchen, the scary backsplash and dark cabinets were not helping the overall kitchen appeal; we saved money by painting their cabinets and replacing the backsplash. It looks like a brand new kitchen! Last but not least, we had a few left over materials from the master bath project- we don't like wasting excess material so we made use of them in their guest bathroom. Again, little money and a brand new bath. In phase 2 we will update the decorative and task lighting throughout their home and work on furnishings and art placement.
