After a poor experience with another designer, this client approached us on assisting with selections for her custom home in Westlake. She came to us with only two selections set in stone; the kitchen and master bathroom cabinets and the stained concrete color throughout the home. We worked as the liaison between the client and the builder in order to keep the home near budget and within the timeline as each selection was needed. Each design specification in this gorgeous custom home was carefully thought out and hand picked by the owner. We started with lighting, electrical and plumbing. We carefully looked over the architectural plans to ensure the lights were as she wanted and outlets and light switches were set up to how she and her family move from room to room. From there we worked on the details from handrails to doors to light fixtures to plumbing fixtures to countertops and beyond- nothing was overlooked in this space! We were lucky enough to be invited to her housewarming party and it was great to see the careful flow of the space while entertaining and of course the compliments did not stop!
