Daylight conversion to two & 1/2 story Modern Transition

The front or street elevation had not real appeal for such a wonderful view property so they wanted to get a more see through feel to the entry, while increasing the square footage on the main level for family and life, by moving bedrooms to a new second story

Old tired uninspired daylight basement home with spectacular views of Sammamish Lake. Owners wanted to remodel instead of tear down, while adding a second story and updating the look and color of the house and siding

The existing deck was just off the corner of a dining space but the clients wanted it to run the full length of the house also, while updating all the windows to both energy efficient and heat load reducing styles, so they could enjoy the view.
