Clients wanted to take full advantage of their private back yard, but needed outdoor space that was not 12' down from the main floor. We came up with a nice covered deck concept that focuses on the views of the trees beyond and internally so you are not as aware of being up so high.

The seal stone faced gas fireplace just adds another level of warmth along with the warm t&g ceiling and composite decking materials.

Having the warm brick fascia also gives a sense of solid weight to a loft project. It feels more like and extension to the interior rooms beyond.
