Eagle Neck is a "flying" community. Residential lots are planed to allow construction of an aircraft hangar as well as main house and garage. Public roads are used by airplanes for travel from home hangar to the airstrip. First floor living, dining, and cooking are defined in an open area with views to the marsh. The second floor is organized around a family space for media and play.
