These clients asked us to create a live/work set up in their Soho loft. We installed a movable wall to hide their bedroom from view, and created a meeting space that doubles as a living room for them during the agency's off hours.

One of the most arresting parts of the design is the wall covered in cork and faux moss. We felt that the rough, industrial loft would benefit from a jolt of earthy texture, and it also provides needed sound insulation. It serves as a unique way to brand the space, too.
