Eclectic Renovation

This 1920's home underwent a major renovation. We replaced most of the damaged sunroom, added a new front entry and renovated the mudroom entry, swapped the kitchen with the dining room, replaced the floors and the fireplace faces, added new French doors and sidelites across the back of the house, and renovated the master suite.

Relocated Kitchen
We refinished the original wrought iron balconies, adding new French doors and sidelites.
Rear Window(s)
This is the second floor of a two-story sunroom we rebuilt, with all new windows and flooring. It makes a sunny home office space in the treetops.

The existing two-story sunroom needed to be almost entirely rebuilt. Old single-pane windows were replaced with insulated windows.

This gracious old bathroom had no storage and a quirky layout. We designed a custom vanity to fit the space and the style of the room. Countertop is honed marble.
