Estates at Lake Jeanette

We replaced the formal dark fabrics the prior designer used with fresh "spa like" fabrics. The clients love the tone on tone soothing style in the master bedroom, with ivory linen fabrics and sheer linen drapes. Local art gives the home a fresh updated feeling.

Our custom upholstered headboard, bedding, lamps, and window treatments updated this master bedroom without the need to replace the nightstands or dresser. This allowed us to provide two comfortable lounge chairs in the sitting area.

This client had a busy rug and busy fabrics, we replaced them with an ivory rug, ivory linen drapes, a camel chenille sofa, and a new floor lamp. The abstract art with traditional furniture is a fun twist.

The prior designer had busy fabrics, a busy headboard and busy art. We replaced the very formal bed with our more relaxed white linen surrounded by solid walnut.

The previous designer did not satisfy the clients desire for room darkening drapes. We replaced the drapes on hooks with drapes that open and close on a hidden traverse rod. By listening to the client's goals, we satisfied both the look as well as function.

The prior designer had a busy print on the rug, and drapes and chair, we replaced that with an ivory rug, brown linen chairs, and taupe linen drapes. This way, we the fabrics did not "compete with" the amazing exterior view of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beautiful landscaping.
