This Lakeview penthouse roof top deck turned a bare space into an outdoor extension of the client’s home. Low brick walls were lined with custom-built seating centered around a rectangular fire pit. The Chicago rooftop deck also incorporated a green space for lounging while soaking in the sun and the city views. Uniform composite decking was utilized to create seamless transitions across the full 1500 square feet of outdoor space.
