This Chicago roof deck was engineered upon completion of the client’s newly built penthouse unit. The project required transforming a 1500 square foot terrace into a multi-functional space for entertaining friends. The final design consisted of a grilling area, a dining area, a lounge area with a fire feature, and a putting green. Clean lines and low rooftop planters embraced 360-degree views of downtown Chicago, providing a stunning panorama both day and night.
