This Lincoln Park project created an urban roof garden in the heart of Chicago. What began as unusable space above the client’s garage turned into a warm and modern functional outdoor area. Lush greenery added new life while also providing a large degree of privacy from neighbors. The pergola helped section off the dining area from the sitting area, giving the illusion of a large open-concept living room. Weather resistant materials and a self watering system made this roof deck in Chicago completely maintenance free.
