Eye-Catching Kitchen
This new kitchen and main-floor of the home is all about good flow. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to allow for optimal entertaining, and with the intent to encourage the children to make better use of what had been a very formal dining space. The wood bar top received a marine-grade finish for ultimate durability and USB ports are tucked under the top to again encourage the children to gather in the kitchen. Wrapping the cabinetry and countertop around the corner towards the French doors and outdoor entertaining space provided a perfect, centrally located, bar area. The 48” range positioned in the corner of the kitchen is a dramatic visual focal point, but is also separated from the public gathering areas of the kitchen.
