Fairmont Concepts (2) - The client renovated the interior of DC home and wanted to start on the outside. The design consisted of low maintenance plantings; new entry way; privacy; no grass in backyard; overhead structure; new fence; pizza oven and cooking space; water feature; fire feature; usable deck space; and seating for 6+ people. They liked the idea of blending stone and wood; and wanted a modern feel with some traditional factors. They described their yard style as Italian Tuscan goes modern.
