Rear Hardscape, Water Feature, and Deck - Annapolis, MD

The client wanted to improve the landscape at their "forever" home. We helped them to create a master landscape design plan for the property. First phase was the rear hardscape and water feature. The patio was constructed using Belgard Hardscapes Mega Arbel pavers in sable blend. The raised planting bed was constructed using Belgard Belair wall in silex gray and the end pillar has a stainless steel access door with a flagstone cap. A pondless water feature was installed on existing wall with 2 scuppers; stone veneer was added to wall. The raised bed had mulch and mexican beach pebble for the water feature. Under the deck was regraded and existing bluestone pavers were placed underneath. Removal of large forsythias, hollies and foundation plants. New beds were shaped and cleaned with the install of 4 new hollies. Second phase included removing existing deck and replacing with new Ipe deck with white vinyl rails with gray balusters and underdecking. A single span pergola and outdoor kitchen were also installed on deck. A paver patio using Belgard mega arbel with a laffit border to match existing patio. Flagstone steppers connect the two phases.
