The design is by Bill Banford. The client had us do her previous landscaping (see Rear Hardscape and Front Landscaping - Bowie, MD). When she moved to her new home, she gave us a call to design and install a patio and deck. The patio was constructed using Outdoor Living by Belgard grana slab in bella blend with a lafitt paver in sable / brookestone color border. The seat wall was constructed using Belgard Hardscapes belair wall in brookestone color. The deck and stairs were installed using Fiberon Composite Decking Horizon in Ipe and Tudor Brown with an Xpanse white vinyl rail with black balusters; white vinyl posts with New England caps and bases; white fascia and step risers. The plan called for LED step lights and recessed lights below deck to be installed. A decorative river jack gravel bed with various hostas was planted. The final project is beautiful and great use of space. Plenty of space to entertain.
