While the original owners had made minor upgrades before selling, my clients decided there was a need for more. On a tight budget we sat down and discussed where to spend money and where we can save.

First on the list was to repaint the existing cabinetry, add beadboard to the lower back base and update the hinges and hardware. Once that was completed we turned out attention to the eat-in kitchen area. To keep this space minimal, light and airy we went with sheer drapery, a small rounded table with two sets of different chairs and rustic wall decor.
