This fixer-upper was purchased to be transformed into a rental property. First up, we gutted the entire house, floors and ceiling included! Then, we formulated a space-conscious floorplan to accommodate a kitchen, powder room, two bedrooms, and a full bath for future renters. Adding some of our signature eclectic and fun style, we worked to make this home move-in ready!
