I designed a landscape plan with less lawn and tough water wise plants. This will result in lower long term expenses. I began with a consultation on plant material choices, sod options, pros, and cons. St. Augustine turfgrass was used as per HOA requirements along with integration of Florida friendly concepts in planting beds.
