The young couple that purchased this distinctive Heathrow Sanford Florida property needed to improve the landscape in several areas at the request of the HOA. I helped them develop a plan and provided documentation for the ARC approval process. Once approved, we removed the overgrown, tired plants and shrubs then installed fresh, tough plants that will provide plenty of textural contrast without to much fussy maintenance. We also employed an interesting blend natural stone by repurposing some stone they already had along with some new. The gravel beds around the foundation will help with lowering maintenance requirements as well as directing rainwater runoff away from the house.
