This larger property was overgrown with weeds and trees. We cleared the area so the large expansive feel of the backyard could be enhanced. I have provided mid-construction photos to illustrate my thorough approach for the prep and grading of the property. I designed a landscape that would easily blend into the natural area along the back while also provide seasonal flowers that were easy to take care of. The property sits next to a busy road so we needed to locate and install large trees to provide an immediate break from the noise and headlights. I was able to find a couple dozen 12' plus trees at reasonable cost. We also had to correct the property grade to eliminate water retention during heavy rainfall and encourage runoff to the back of the property.
