This project represents a 3,500sq ft full custom, luxury basement remodeling project. It features Travertine tile throughout, 2 game rooms, a custom pass-thru ventless, hand chipped rock fireplace with surround mantle, a bedroom, bathroom, dart room hallway, a home theatre with a 100" screen, and an Italian wine cellar for 2,500 bottles with a slate tile floor. The adjoining tasting room features Tuscany style mortar finish and is guarded by a 3" thick, insulated oak door with a custom old fashioned iron keylock. Challenges included specific, detailed tile work and different ceiling styles for each room.
