The remodeling projects on this Marietta home were done in two parts. The first job was remodeling the family's kitchen. Because the home sits on a concrete slab, there were limitations that created challenges, particularly with regard to existing plumbing. The results are seamless and the family is proud of their concept brought to life. With recessed lighting and pale flooring that complements the darker custom cabinets, the overall look of the kitchen has been smoothly and efficiently updated.

In the second project for this home, poor framing work of the original sun-room needed to be completely torn down and rebuilt. The home's new, structurally sound, bright sun-room now adds valuable living space that is utilized year round.
