Descending the stairs to the pool environment from the curved deck. Due to large grade changes, we were able to construct the masonry retaining walls to act as sitting walls at the landing. The landing also allows easy access out to the upper lawn and vegetable garden area.

Inside of the old shed turned pool house. The tile gives life and interest to the otherwise very clean “farmhouse” interior. A half-wall provides additional privacy for the toilet.

A goal of designing and building projects like this is to add beauty to a client’s home; however, and more importantly, the goal is to provide space for great memories and family fun!
